It's Monday! What Are You Reading? (5)

It's Monday! What Are You Reading? is a meme hosted by Book Journey and is a great way for others to find out what you are planning to read this week and, best of all, see what others are reading.

This week was a very slow reading week for me.  I'm not in a slump as such, but I'm having trouble picking a book and sticking with it.  So this is short ;-)

Last week I read

Z-Strain by Rutger Klamor - my review HERE
Everything You Need to Survive the Apocalypse by Lucas Klauss (review to come this week)

This week I will be reading

Antarctica on a Plate by Alexa Thomson - I need to finish this one asap, I'm already behind on my ATW challenge and it's only month one!
Nocturnal by Scott Sigler - I'm almost halfway through so it will be finished this week.
The Evening Hour by A. Carter Sickels - a review book I've had for a very long time (guilt, shame, etc.!).

So guys, what are you reading this week?  Anything you've been looking forward to for a long time?  Any books that are haunting you?

  2. I've been trying to find a library copy of Antarctica on a Plate. I've heard mixed reviews so I don't know if I want to buy it. I'll be interested to see what you think.

    1. I've read about 40 pages so far and I'm not THAT enchanted by it. Although I'm not actually up to the Antarctica bit, so maybe it picks up then!

  3. My daughter's homework requires reading out loud to me. Come see what she and I read together. I also got some other great books finished on my own time.

  4. The blurb on Everything YNTSTA looks pretty good. I like coming of age tales and have a bit of a weird obsession with nuclear bunkers! I'll keep an eye out for your review :-)

  6. Zombies are a new-found love for me so I'll have to check out Z Strain. I totally with you on getting behind *sigh* just not enough hours in the day.
Have a great week and happy reading :)
