Interrupting this regularly scheduled blog

It's amazing how quickly things can change. Last Sunday the other half and I were discussing the possibility of looking for a new, bigger apartment to rent. By Wednesday lunch-time we'd seen one place, absolutely perfect for us, applied for it and as I type we're awaiting the final documents to make it ours.

As a result of all this weeks craziness, I had to try and balance work, blogging, reading, planning the move, cleaning out cupboards, social networking, and a hundred other things - and I realised that I just can't do everything.

So I'm going to take a week off from the blog, give my hard-working lap top a little down time and concentrate on all the other stuff and get everything back in balance. I don't want to do it, but my sanity won't survive another week like the last one.

Have a great week everyone, and I'll be back next Saturday with a bang!

  1. Wow, Kat, that sounds like a lot of change. Hope you'll manage this week without blogging ;) and looking forward to hearing about your new place. I wish you a wonderful, only partly stressfull week and see you next Saturday.
Don't forget: if you need to talk about bookish stuff or ramble about your week than I'll be on Twitter :)

  6. Good luck Kat! We'll be here when you get back :) I hope you enjoy your time away from us even if you'll be busy with bajillions of other things, and yes bajillions is a word. In my world at least :)
