April Wrap-Up

April was looking like a pretty lean month, and then after my soul-searching reevaluation of blogging and reading, I went a little bit crazy and finished four books in the last four days of the month, making my goal look much more healthy!

Croak (Croak #1) by Gina Damico
Losing It (Losing It #1) by Cora Carmack
Boy Meets Boy by David Levithan
Kin by Kealan Patrick Burke
Just Like Fate by Cat Patrick & Suzanne Young
House of Leaves by Mark Z. Danielewski
So Brave Young and Handsome by Leif Enger
Arclight (Arclight #1) by Josin L. McQuein
September Girls by Bennett Madison
Dark Matter by Michelle Paver
The Eternity Cure (Blood of Eden #2) by Julie Kagawa
Ask the Passengers by A.S. King
Patient Zero (Joe Ledger #1) by Jonathan Maberry

So far I've read 59 books - 11 ahead of schedule (yeah!)
20,870 pages - 870 ahead of schedule (huzzah!)

May should be a good month too - I've got five days off and another three day weekend this month - man I love this time of year!

How are you going with your goals?

  1. I'm at 59 books and am 26% ahead of schedule. I'm happy but feel I could be doing better. Have had a week here and there where I only read two books.

  2. I'm doing pretty good on my goals at the moment (till I up them at least). I'm at 54 books right now and 21% ahead of schedule. I'm hoping I can pull farther ahead this month.

  3. Am always amazed at how many books others can read. I read so slow. Great month, Kat!

You read seriously awesome books in April. Also, I am so happy that you loved Croak too. I just thought it was so funny and fresh!
