The Aussie Zombie Recommends

  1. I guess that I am an uncertain zombie. I read that Sense & Sensibility + Zombie mash-up a few years ago. It turned me off to zombies. I haven't looked back.

I read Sly Mongoose (Xenowealth, #3) by Tobias S. Buckell earlier this year. It "tricked" me into reading about zombies (the cover was zombie-free) and it wasn't so bad.

So I am willing to give zombies another try. I cannot decide which one of your adult recommendations to read.

    1. Oh I'm so sad that you had a bad zombie experience for your first zombie book :( I'm not a fan of the mashup books at all for that very reason.

It depends on what you normally like, but author-wise I would definitely recommend Jonathan Maberry or Rhiannon Frater - both do zombie books in a variety of ways but focus much more on the characters than some other adult zombie books.

  2. I love it, this is the first blog, apart from mine, that I have found that has a separate zombie tab! Quite a few of these I have never read so will check out. Thanks
